Trent University



Trent University is a small primarily-undergraduate institution in the town of Peterborough, Ontario. Established in 1962, Trent boasts a majority of classes that have less than 25 students.

The Otonabee River provides a natural backdrop for study at Trent University. 12 expansive green spaces are a resource for all students in both study and recreation.

Housing: Trent University's on-campus residences provide students with a dynamic intellectual and social neighborhood. The University's collective Colleges support a wide array of seminars, concerts, lecture series, films, dances and pub nights.

Scholarships: Trent University has been ranked atop schools in Canada in supporting student scholarships and bursaries. For outstanding freshman students, Trent has available, many scholarships and bursaries. Many of Trent's major scholarships are awarded based on academic achievement. For incoming freshmen students who possess a high-school average above 90%, the first year of tuition at Trent is provided for.
