All About The University of Prince Edward island


Established in 1969, the University of Prince Edward Island is a small, primarily undergraduate institution located in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island. Students from around the world make the Island their "home away from home".


The UPEI campus is a a short distance from both natural sand
beaches and the downtown urban core of the capital city of Charlottetown. In 2009, the UPEI unveileda movement called "University Island" that documents the positive impact that UPEI leaves around the PEI and around the globe. http://www.universityisland.ca/ illustrates UPEI's reach both locally and around the world.

Housing: At UPEI, on-campus residence is available via dorms equipped with high speed internet, cable and laundry facilities. Accomodating over 400 students, UPEI three residence halls have all undergone recent modernizations.. Two the the three residences are equipped for students with disabilities.
