University of Regina

The University of Regina owes its roots to Regina College, a residential school established by the Methodist church in 1911.

The school has historical strength in petroleum engineering program, which is the largest in the country. A police studies degree program is unique and has resulted in agreements with many police forces. The Canadian Institute for Peace, Justice and Security has several contracts, research papers, and signed memoranda of agreement with other organizations interested in the work being carried out here. The Humanities Research Institute is a catalyst for productive workshops, lectures and conferences.

Housing: Living in residence is more than having a place to live on campus. It is about the place you will call home; a home providing you with a unique combination of convenience, independence, multicultural experience and opportunities for involvement that will enrich your learning and living experiences at the University of Regina. A home where you will make life-long friendships.
